These live recordings were made on Saturday, February 11, 2006 between 2:30PM and
5:00PM or so. Drummer Phil Dupuis brought his old friend Rob Herkert (guitar) over to
bandmate John Clancy's (keyboards) studio to audition bass player Michael Kerr
and we decided to plug in and roll tape. Send all complaints directly to
Clancy.

| NOTE: All tracks written by Rob Herkert, John
Clancy and Phil Dupuis.
